By making an appointment, you agree to the following:

Appointments

Appointments begin and end at the agreed-upon time and last approximately 40 minutes, with an intake approximately 70 minutes.

If you are late, the session may be shortened, but the full rate still applies.

Scheduling & Cancellations

Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled with 48 hours' notice.

Late cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment that cannot be rescheduled within the week will be fully charged.

Missed appointments without prior notice will be fully charged.

Rates & Payment

Payment is made at the time of treatment, unless otherwise agreed.

Communication

This practice is structured so that care and support primarily take place during acupuncture sessions.

Messages are answered within 48 hours during office hours.

In the event of a crisis or urgent medical situation, please contact your GP, GP out-of-hours clinic, or emergency services.

 

Scope of Care

Acupuncture is a collaborative process, and other complementary therapies may be necessary.

This practice does not provide crisis or emergency care.

Suitability of Practice

Not every practice is suitable for everyone.

I reserve the right to determine whether my practice is a good fit for your needs and to refer you if necessary.
