By making an appointment, you agree to the following:
Appointments
Appointments begin and end at the agreed-upon time and last approximately 40 minutes, with an intake approximately 70 minutes.
Late appointments may be shortened, but the full fee will still apply.
Scheduling & Cancellations
Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled with 48 hours' notice.
Late cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment, which cannot be rescheduled within the week, will be fully charged.
Missed appointments will be fully charged.
Fees & Payment
Payment is due at the time of treatment, unless otherwise agreed.
Communication
This practice is structured so that care and support primarily occur during acupuncture sessions.
Messages are answered during business hours and may take up to 48 hours. This practice does not offer interim check-ups, medical advice, or psychological support between appointments.
In the event of a crisis or urgent medical situation, please contact your GP, GP out-of-hours clinic, or emergency services.
